Cody Pressley
Chief Executive Officer
Cody Pressley is the Chief Executive Officer of Blueprint Real Estate. With over 10 years of industry experience, Cody brings an extensive amount of knowledge and expertise as the Founder of the company.
Cody has sold over 120 million dollars in commercial and residential property. Additionally, he has overseen and managed 10 million dollars in investment properties and renovations. He also has experience in building custom estates. Cody has participated in national industry panels and mentored 100+ real estate agents.
Cody is a native of Marion County, South Carolina. He spent 8 years in the United States Army and is passionate about supporting the veteran community. He is happily married to Avarie Pressley, and they share 5 beautiful children: Jalia, Christian, Journee, Izzy, and Mariah. Active in his church and community, Cody and Avarie support charitable organizations and activities such as food drives and fundraisers.
Cody is always willing to lend a hand and help those in need.
Jada Wilson
Director of Operations
Jada Wilson is the Director of Operations for Blueprint Real Estate. She oversees our company’s day-to-day operations and is responsible for providing support to company staff, ensuring company success and advancement.
Jada earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Clemson University and is pursuing a professional degree in dental medicine.
Kayla Wilson
Marketing Director
Kayla Wilson is the Marketing Director for Blueprint Real Estate. She is responsible for the coordination of marketing for the company, utilizing various media outlets.
Kayla earned an associate in arts degree from Florence-Darlington Technical College in 2021. She currently attends the University of South Carolina, majoring in Biological Sciences.
Grant Capers
Executive Assistant
Grant Capers is an Executive Assistant for Blueprint Real Estate. Grant assists the Chief Executive Officer with numerous tasks and activities.
Grant will be attending the University of South Carolina, majoring in both International Business and Finance in the fall.
Rachel Filer
Broker In Charge
Rachel Filer graduated from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business with a major in real estate. Immediately after graduation, she became a Broker In Charge and for 18 years she has enjoyed helping others invest in real estate. She has always had a passion for the industry and educating others in the buying and selling process. From a young age, she knew her career path would be one of real estate and has immensely enjoyed it every step of the way.
Rachel and her husband, Jeff, have two young children and a very furry goldendoodle. Her hobbies include spending time with family, being active and playing sports.
As'Sata Miles joined Blueprint Real Estate in May 2023. As a native of South Carolina, As'Sata has intimate knowledge of local areas and an extensive background in sales and marketing.
